This program focuses on overall strength and hypertrophy for the entire body for any avid lifter and is modeled after a standard collegiate off-season lifting program. Is a great program for any lifter looking to vastly improve full body strength, power, muscle mass and size, mobility, work capacity, and longevity. Each day Includes:
15 years of personal weight room experience w/ 5 years of Powerlifting experience. 5 years as a Division 1 Collegiate Football / Strength & Conditioning Coach at UTSA Has experience working with Track and Field, Men's and Women's Golf, Cheerleading. Currently Coaching at Primal Strength & Performance.
