This program focuses on overall strength and hypertrophy for the entire body for any avid lifter and is modeled after a standard collegiate off-season lifting program. Is a great program for any lifter looking to vastly improve full body strength, power, muscle mass and size, mobility, work capacity, and longevity. Each day Includes:

  • Full body activation warm-up
  • Targeted Mobilization specific to the day's focus
  • Various compound exercises
  • Supersets designed for improving overall work capacity and time efficiency.
  • Post-lift mobility to promote lactate acid dissipation and joint health.

Full Body Power
With compound lifts like squat, bench, and deadlift having rep ranges of 3-6 reps per set, there's NO DOUBT that your ability to move heavy weight and reach new personal bests will happen!

Pre-Lift Activation
This program includes a daily activation warm-up consisting of body weight exercises created or picked by renowned physical therapists like Dr. Stuart McGill and Dr. Andrew Lock for their ability to prepare the body for weightlifting.

Challenging Supersets
Following collegiate weightlifting principles like time efficiency and multi-joint stress, this program contains supersets of 2-3 exercises with the intention of making the most of your time in the gym. Even at a snail's pace, each workout shouldn't take more than 1.5 hours

Post-Lift Mobility
Lifting is only half the battle! In order to maintain overall physical health and ensure the longevity of your body, each workout finishes with targeted mobility exercises to help keep you fresh and loose for the next day!
