Do I have to train 5 days per week?
This program is designed with flexibility in mind. Midweek includes an active recovery day, and you can even add one on Saturday. However, to see results, we need at least three dedicated training days from you each week for success!
Will this team get me ready for a competition?
We believe this is one of the best and most well-rounded strength programs available! It’s designed to help you move better, get stronger. Need to peak? Add our 5 week peak program anytime to be platform-ready, no matter where you are in your training!
If I need more help what is my next steps?
We offer multiple ways to enhance your coaching and education! With the growing USPA University, you’ll access both free and paid opportunities to expand your knowledge. Prefer one-on-one guidance? Schedule a free consultation with a USPA-registered coach and take your skills to the next level!
What if my training days don't match the calendar?
No problem at all! With just three solid training days per week, you can achieve great success. Once you join the team, you’ll have the flexibility to adjust training days to fit your work or busy schedule seamlessly.
