​You're your own person, and you deserve your own program.

That's what you'll get when you join my team.  Unlike most Train Heroic teams, this is not one-size-fits-all coaching.  I will provide you with your own custom training program based on our one-on-one communication.

The team calendar will serve as a way to communicate with myself and with other athletes, so that we can all help each other grow as individuals.

I ask that if you join, you make up your mind to commit for a minimum of three months so that we have enough time to complete a solid training cycle.

This coaching option does not include diet or supplementation advice.
