PEACHY KEEN is a glute-focused hypertrophy-focused training program that is designed to build muscle as effectively as possible, without feeling burnt out.

We'll be reducing training volume from the chest & traps and applying it to more glute work for those who want a more hourglass figure.

Workouts are structured intelligently and everything has a purpose: from reps and sets, to rest periods, RPE and tempo. I give you every single tool you need -- all you have to do is show up!

This program is perfect for anyone who wants to build more muscle overall with access to a fully equipped gym.

Phases are anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the stimuli we're after, so things won't get stale but you WILL make progress.

As your coach, I'm available in the group chat to answer any questions you may have. Unlimited form checks are included!
