Welcome to the OTLW's 1:1 Personal Training package I am waiting to help you transform your heath and fitness and start you on the path to freedom!

My name is Dan and I am a certified CFL1 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and I cannot wait to collaborate with you on your fitness journey! Perhaps you are taking your first steps on this path or perhaps you could benefit from some personal coaching on your current journey? Regardless of your reason you've already made the hardest choice and that is to start. How do I know - well fitness has not been a life-long journey for me either. At 35 I undertook a tremendous transformation in my life and while you can read about that in detail HERE all you need to know right now is that I understand more than most not only what a lifestyle change like this takes, I have not only experienced it personally, I am so passionate about it I am now determined to help others make changes to their own lives.

On your journey I am 100% dedicated to your success. We will work together to understand your lifestyle and your goals and I will develop training with you that will not only smash your goals but that will reset the expectations you have for yourself by creating programming that you absolutely love.

My focus as a coach are "Compound Movements" which, in functional fitness, engage multiple muscles, boosting strength, coordination, and mobility for real-life activities. They stimulate muscle growth, aid fat loss, and enhance joint stability, reducing injury risk and improving overall athleticism. We support how you move in the real world and bulletproof you as the years roll on.

As we progress in our coaching together your training is constantly scaled and adapted to your new abilities. As you get stronger and free yourself from the restricted range of motion we all experienced with time we will adjust for continued advancement in each new training phase.

Every one of us moves and responds differently and we need constant adaptations as our bodies take on new challenges. Your training program is bespoke to you, like a tailored suit, custom cut to your body type and to your abilities. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach to health and your program will be as individual as you are.

FAQs
Who is this coaching designed for?
I coach athletes of all levels and abilities from beginner through to seasoned CrossFit Athletes. Some previous fitness experience is great but not necessary as I will guide you in person through every step on your journey.
How long are the workouts?
Your workouts are designed individually for you so vary in length according to your needs and abilities. My athletes vary from at home parents who have only 15-20 minutes in their days to seasoned athletes who train AM & PM sessions for 90-120 minutes at a time.
Are demo videos included?
Yes. There are demo videos for each exercise in my programming that clearly show the Points Of Perfomance for each movement. It's like having a coach in your pocket!
Do I have access to the coach?
Yes. This is a 1:1 Personal Training Program and you have access to me outside of our weekly meeting via direct messaging in our training app.
Am I am little older, can I still use this program?
Absolutely. I am 45 year old CrossFit Athlete and CFL1 Coach who has gone through a major health & fitness transformation later in my life. I specialize in coaching athletes over the age of 35 and I understand all of the fitness challenges that become more prevalent as we age.
