What does science-based mean?
Science-based training means to read, interpret, and continuously stay up to date with the exercise science literature to help modify one's training for the fastest results.
Is Ryan Jewers really coaching me?
Yes. I'm active in the Group Chat all day, every day, helping. Additionally, all training programming is done by me personally, and ONLY me.
Can I track my progress?
Yes, 100%. You will be provided a phone app to access the training programming where you can easily track all of your progress for each set. I then use the overall team progress and feedback each week to tweak the program every week if needed.
Am I guaranteed the fastest muscle gains?
Yes, and I'm very confident in that, as well as my ability to coach individuals. I have coached thousands of individuals and keep up to date with the exercise science literature daily.
Can I ask Nutrition questions or ask about my physique?
Yes. 1 on 1 private direct messaging (DMs) within the app is used for any nutrition related questions, or if you have questions about your physique, such as whether or not you should bulk or cut, for example.
