I just started working out, can I handle the workouts?
It makes no difference if this is your first day in the gym, you are a novice lifter, or a seasoned vet. Our Optimal Performance Coaching can be scaled for any lifter or gym-goer at any level (beginner to advanced)
What if I joined mid-program after everyone has already started?
Fear not! Since our programs are designed to compliment whatever level you are at. We feel confident that once joining and picking up where the community is at, after the first week you will be right on track to reaching your goals.
What if I have nutrition, form, or programming questions?
Access to OPC Coaches is one of the most important part of your membership! Our Mentors always give detailed and informative responses because we believe in the power of educating and mentoring all of our members. It's easier to DO something when you understand WHY you are doing it.
Am I only getting workout programs when I join OPC Thoroughbreds?
Absolutely not! As much as this platform is to give our members fitness guidance, we believe in a total approach to health and wellness. When you join our TEAM, you join a COMMUNITY of like minded individuals who always positively encourage each other. We grow not only physically but spiritually too
What if I only have access to certain equipment, or have none at all?
Our programs will include equipment that can be found at any gym. But if you do not have access to a commercial gym, or you have no equipment at all. Here on our team, we have multiple programs that can fit your needs. Whatever your limitations, nothing will get in the way from reaching your goals!
