We are a community of Dads across the country who live a healthy and fit lifestyle while leading our families and our communities through fitness training and charitable donations. We share information to help Fathers across America know that now is YOUR time to confidently PIVOT your lifestyle.
What are the 3 PILLARS?
HEALTH: No person can be happy if their physical body is in pain. WEALTH: Every person will admit that an efficient supply, at least, is necessary for the comfort of their family. LOVE: We start with self LOVE so that we can be the best version of ourselves for the ones we love the most.
How long is the membership?
Memberships are 12-month commitments. Throughout the 12 months, you will be provided with valuable content dealing with fitness, Nutrition and Mindset, and MSI's
Are we required to be on the Mastermind meetings?
It is not mandatory, however, there will be valuable information passed along in the meetings for your benefit (Physically, Mentally, and Financially).
How many LIVE online workouts per week?
There will be 1 LIVE online workout per week via Zoom or FB Messenger.
Will there be variations of workouts?
There will be modifications to movements for those who need it. You will have 1000's of exercises at your fingertips. We are a community of professionals, so you will also have fitness professionals gain tips and advice.
