Enhance your mobility with this comprehensive program that blends Functional Range Conditioning and Self-Myofascial Release*.

Daily Classes: Dive into a 20- to 30-minute class, 5 days/wk, designed to reduce injury risk and make your daily activities — from hiking to cooking to responding to emails — easier to complete. Each class focuses on a specific joint movement, aiming to increase range of motion and build the strength to control those ranges.

Video Vault Access: This vast and growing resource of over 100 videos offers movement tutorials; longer, more in-depth classes; and the chance to return to your favorites at will.

Coach Shannon, with over a decade of experience with diverse people, is dedicated to making mobility and fitness accessible to all bodies. Her exercises are designed to be adaptable, encouraging you to align the movements to your needs.

*Self-Myofascial Release is contraindicated for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia. As with any exercise program, check with your doctor before starting.
