What if I already train MMA or BJJ multiple times per week?
This program is built to complement your sport-specific training, not replace it. With 3 focused S&C sessions per week, you’ll gain strength and conditioning without burning out.
Do I need a full gym?
You’ll need basic strength equipment: barbell, plates, pull-up bar, dumbbells, and ideally access to a sled or assault bike. If you train in a well-equipped gym, you're ready.
Can beginners follow this program?
