Maximum Returns is a program for parkour athletes who want to add structure and accountability to their training without getting trapped in a rigorous routine.

Each session provides scalable prompts for athletes that develop fundamental aspects of parkour like confidence, foot placement, flow or connection, and power. These sessions can act as a training day all on their own or a jumping-off point for athletes to incorporate into their day-to-day training as they see fit.

Participating in this program also gets you access to all of Train Heroic's community functions, where other participants (and myself) will share thoughts on sessions, videos of the various drills or challenges, and feedback on how best to incorporate each session into your unique training approach.

While this program is intended for athletes at an intermediate level or above, newer athletes are also welcome. Scaling options are available for many of the drills - and following along with the weekly training and community could be a great way to ease into developing a relationship with parkour.

Advanced athletes or athletes interested in supplementary conditioning can purchase the Maximum Returns Bundle, which includes a strength and conditioning component specifically designed for parkour athletes.
