This is the programming I follow and balances the parkour sessions you'll find the in the standard Maximum Returns program alongside additional strength, speed, and endurance work.

If you're looking for a program that covers all of the bases - that will get you stronger, faster, and fitter without sacrificing your technical parkour training in the process - then this is for you. Whether you're following this program to a tee or scaling it to fit into your current schedule, this program is a template for anyone looking to be the most athletic version of themselves at the next jam or comp.

Balances Parkour, Strength, and Speed
Unlike the standard Maximum Returns, the bundle includes two days/week of supplementary strength and speed work. This will help athletes maintain their strength during prime training season without overloading their bodies and keep them primed to scale up their gains during the winter "offseason."

Adjusts Intensity Seasonally
I account for an increase in technical parkour training over the summer jam season and scale down the supplementary training accordingly. The goal is to find the minimum effective dose of strength, speed, and technical work athletes need to feel their best while out training. Then, when the cool weather starts to kick in, we up the ante on strength & speed work to take you to the next level.

5 Sessions/Week
By mixing technical training sessions with dedicated strength and speed work, we are able to get more focused training time in together. Five training days also gives athletes flexibility to drop a session or mix and match when life gets in the way of an ideal training week.
