After tons of requests, I put together this group coaching to finally put an end to the confusion and frustration so many people deal with when it comes to fat loss, muscle gain, and transforming their body.

As you know, fitness is not a one-size fits all. At this moment, someone reading this is looking in the mirror just dying to get a little leaner and lose some belly fat, whereas someone else is feeling super skinny and would do anything to just put on some size. Thankfully, I've experienced both of those things first-hand. And I've gotten myself out of them. As a group, I'll be guiding you towards the light: whatever that light may be.

What We're Using: An Upper-Lower Split

Currently as a group we're using an Upper-Lower training split. This is designed in light of new research about training volumes and recoverability. You do not have to follow this exact split if you don't want to, and are free to simply contribute, ask questions, and engage about exercises, dieting, and other information as much as you like!
