How long do the sessions take?
When TEMPO, REST and REPS are followed properly, the sessions will range from 45-60 minutes.
What level are the programs designed for?
Intermediate to Advanced. Mass Avenue is not a program for beginners.
How many training days per week is the program?
MASS Avenue implements 4 times per week training using both a body part split during the accumulation phases, and an Upper/Lower split for the intensification phases, designed to match training frequency with the volume demands of the phase.
Do I have to have all the listed equipment?
It is recommend to have an equipped gym. We will do our best to provide alternatives via the chat if you require assistance with alternate exercises.
