My expert guidance provides clear direction, empowering you to navigate the gym with confidence and ease. With demo videos & trainer cues for everything I program, you can rest assure you're training efficiently! I structure my programs into phases, meaning you'll have time to master exercises and make progress over the weeks. This will optimize your results & help you avoid unnecessary plateaus.
Train with a Purpose
With me as your Coach, you'll learn how to train with a purpose--utilizing your time & leaving you feeling energized post-workout (not like you've just been hit by a freight crazy HIIT workouts here). I'll teach you how to train in a way that is sustainable for life, so you can stop wasting unnecessary time in the gym and start spending that time doing more of what you love!
Training Built for Busy Schedules
I program 3 full-body-strength days each week so that you can give your all on each exercise, knowing that you're not going to be burning out said muscle group for the entire 45-60 minutes that you're at the gym. The other benefit to training "full-body" is knowing that if you have to skip a day of training, you're not completely missing out on training a specific body part for the week!

With a community of like-minded athletes by your side, you'll be inspired to show up & put in the work from week to week. You'll also have me there to help guide you along the way! From "form checks", answering your questions and everything in between--our App Chat allows you to send me a DM any time you're in need!

Equipment Modifications Provided
Cable or kettlebell exercises that are programmed will have a "dumbbell-mod" provided so you'll be able to execute your workouts from home if needed!

What does a week of training look like?
You'll have 3 Full-Body-Strength workouts (45-60 mins) + 1 *BONUS* Mobility session on your weekly calendar. Use your Active Recovery Days (aka your non-lifting days) to train for an upcoming race, complete the bonus mobility session, or schedule 30+ minutes of low-impact cardio (i.e. walking, yoga)
Do I have to take an Active Recovery Day between my Lifting Days?
Ideally, yes. Giving your muscles ample time to recover is going to maximize your results BUT life's crazy...I get it, I mean, that's why you're here, right? Some weeks your schedule might not allow you to take a day "off" between lifting --that's okay! Just listen to your body & don't over do it.
What if I'm working out from home and don't have access to cables?
No biggie! I'll always provide an alternative-exercise-mod for Athlete's who only have access to dumbbells!
Will barbell exercises ever be included in this programming?
I've designed this program specifically for clients who prefer using dumbbells, but, if you have access to a barbell & squat rack you'd love my "Advanced: Barbell" version of this programming--check it out on my Market Place!
