The Lift Hard Live Easy Strongman Prep Program is built specifically to prepare athletes for the unique demands of the Lift Hard Live Easy Strongman competition.

The VIP program includes monthly video technique review and monthly team check-ins.

This program focuses on developing the exact strength, power, and work capacity required for the event lineup, including overhead medleys, max deadlifts, heavy carries, loading events, and unpredictable strongman challenges. Athletes will train with a combination of heavy barbell work and strongman-specific movements to build the brute strength and conditioning needed to perform on competition day.

Training emphasizes: Overhead pressing strength for circus dumbbells, logs, and specialty bars; Maximal deadlift development to push your biggest pull on the monster bar; Grip and carry strength for farmer carries and keg loading; Explosive power and conditioning for medleys and fast-paced events; Odd-object strength to handle the unexpected (because strongman always delivers surprises)

The VIP program includes video review. Jake will review videos and give feedback to improve form and overall technique.
