Our Long and Strong program is designed to meet the needs of tactical athletes in all areas of the game. Instead of throwing together an arbitrary endurance program with some old Soviet weightlifting template, we've built our approach from the group up in an attempt to meet the needs of a truly unique tactical athlete paradigm.

Utilizing evidence-backed approaches such as autoregulation and flexible program design, our training truly puts the athlete first. Gone are the days of randomly working your way through some 12-week squat template. We intentionally use an emergent training approach in which next week's programming is driven by this week's progress.

True Hybrid Training
Tactical athletes are the ultimate hybrid athletes. An effective approach requires balancing aerobic base building, strength development, and a robust work capacity. Instead of focusing on only one attribute at a time, the training program keeps touches on everything always...emphasizing and de-emphasizing different attributes as the phases progress.

The individual needs of the athlete form the backbone of our training philosophy. Every athlete is different and every athlete deals with a unique set of circumstances surrounding their training. Tools like autoregulation, constraints-based program design and flexible/adjustable training sessions are all utilized extensively to give you the most tailored experience possible.
