I've been coaching clients for over ten years, and one major observation has been that inspite of the large amount of free training information available to us, most individuals still lack a sensible structure in their training. Additionally, many cannot afford to pay huge coaching fees for a good training program.

This solely encouraged us to create the "Mind Muscle" team program for individuals who love to train and sweat it out while having a structure, that's non-boring, and uncomplicated. Our program is based on proven methods that strategically combine Strength, Cardio, and Mobility work to ensure maximum efficiency within 60 to 70 minutes. The team is dedicated to help everyone build the ideal physique and mindset while also supporting others to build theirs.

Personally, we train about 4-5 times every week using similar methods to get in better shape, and improve our mental health.
