Kf Strength Collective is a daily training program for those that are looking to train hard and improve strength, all while being a part of a rad community of fellow lifters. We're the kind of folks that have a passion for lifting with the mindset that we are training to be stronger for life. There is no "quick fix" end goal in sight. ***This isnt your basic 4 week training guide. *** Its my goal to provide consistent, easily to follow strength training that will challenge you each and every week and have you wanting to come back for more.

And that is why I decided to start the KF Strength Collective. Here you can find community, coaching, and afforable training right in the palm of your hand.

Not sure how to perform an exercise? There will be a video showing exactly how to perform each and every exercise. Each week you will be working on improving that form and adding weight to the bar. Make sure to tag me in your lifts on IG so I can share your progress! @kayleighflippen_
