How long is each training session?
average session is 30 minutes

There are videos attached to every movement!
How long do I rest?
For the most part rest periods are specified. When there is no rest period given remember good form comes first. During each circuit or set keep rest periods to 60 seconds. Then, between circuits and sets rest up to 3 minutes.
