Primary Strength Training
The structured strength training program focuses on the squat, bench press, and deadlift. These lifts are trained with progressive overload, ensuring steady improvements in strength over time. The program follows phased progressions, including technique, volume, strength, and peaking. Each phase is designed to build a solid foundation while refining technique efficiency under heavy loads.

Speed & Power Work
Strength alone is insufficient. Developing explosive power ensures lifters can move heavy weights efficiently. Speed-focused training includes lifting loads with maximum velocity. Additional methods like jumps or plyometrics training help improve bar speed and force production. This is essential for lifters who want to improve their lifting capacity so that they can move heavier loads.

Accessory Work for Weak Points
To maximize performance, accessory exercises are programmed to target supporting muscles and weak points in the main lifts. These exercises help with movement efficiency.
