Our Middle School Athletic Development Program is designed specifically for middle school athletes who want to build a strong foundation during their most important growth years. This twice-per-week training plan guides them through age-appropriate strength and plyometric workouts they can complete on their own, with clear structure and progression. Unlike generic online workouts, this program is built specifically for developing bodies, emphasizing proper technique, injury prevention, and long-term athletic growth over heavy lifting or burnout. Parents can feel confident their athlete is following a safe, purposeful plan that builds strength, coordination, and confidence that carries over to any sport.
