The Jiu Jitsu Strength program is a 4 day program that focuses on compound and accessory movements to increase your strength, endurance, and mobility.

The workouts are designed to improve strength on and off the mats, without preventing you from your normal jiu jitsu schedule. Strength training not only greatly improves your strength and conditioning, but also helps to prevent injury!
