This program is designed for new moms who are looking for a safe and effective entrance back into the world of exercise.

The Postpartum Fitness program is a 12 week sequence that focuses on breath, connecting with the core and pelvic floor, and strengthening the entire body. This will help you feel confident in your everyday life, taking care of yourself, your family, and continuing to do everyday activities and lift well and confidently!
