INEIJMA - short for "it's not exercise, it’s just moving around” is a program for people who have felt left out, burnt out, or simply unmotivated by traditional fitness. If you’ve ever opened a workout app and immediately closed it, or avoided exercise altogether because the commitment felt like too much, this is for you. INEIJMA helps you build consistency through short, accessible, 20-minute workouts that combine strength, mobility, and cardio with no pressure to be perfect and no expectation to “love fitness.” Most sessions are completely bodyweight, and all workouts are designed to leave you feeling better, not beat down.
Each month, you’ll get a 4-week training block inside the app that includes 3 accessible 20-minute workouts, 1 workout that can be done in 10 minutes or less, and space for walks or movement days that don’t require structure. With video demos, real time form feedback, group chat access, and live calls, you’re not going to be doing this alone. INEIJMA is built to help you see AND BELIEVE that you don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to find motivation. You don’t need to “do it all” You just need to move around. And that counts.

Every new block we have a live session for each of the 3 20 minute workouts where I demonstrate all of the movement options, we do the workout together in real time, and I record myself so it can be uploaded into the resource libaray so you always have access to the full follow along video. We also host live Q&A calls, share wins, work through challenges, and swap recipes so you’re never doing this alone.
