HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE is a program that takes young men and women and pushes them to the next level. This program increases lean muscle mass, increases strength & power as well as overall athleticism to make YOU the best VERSION of YOU. Coach Dre always says "You get out what you put in". If you are consistent, dedicated, and hard-working this program is for you. The training frequency is set to lift 4 Days per week. Coach Dre was a former collegiate track and field athlete. He has backed his 18+ year athletic expertise with education as well. Coach Dre earned his M.S. Exercise Science degree from the Univeristy of South Florida. He is also a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association; holding the gold standard certification (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist).
