High Definition Training is all about providing the best workouts, splits, and current data on exercise to maximize your gains. If you are following a traditional “bro split” with each muscle group trained just once per week, you might be leaving gains on the table. While these splits have been a bodybuilding staple for decades, modern evidence and experience show they are not always the most effective way to grow.
Training each muscle 2–3 times per week allows you to spread volume across multiple sessions. This approach improves recovery, reduces fatigue within individual workouts, and ensures a higher level of stimulus per set.
This training will require focus and intensity to complete so expect to work hard!
If you are tired of stagnant progress and overloading your sessions with diminishing returns, this shift in strategy could be the key to unlocking your next level of development.
