Yes, the app is very user-friendly. Detailed instruction with videos is provided by me and deliverd thru TrainHeroic.
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, a conventional gym with a variety of equipment will be needed.
How often will programming change?
Progamming will change each mesocycle. A new mesocycle will begin every 6-8 weeks.
