Is Russell really programming and coaching us?
Yes, every step of the way. I will teach you what works and you will have access to me via group chat.
Is the app easy to use?
Yes, the app is very user-friendly. Detailed instruction with videos is provided by me and deliverd thru TrainHeroic.
Is this 1-on-1 coaching?
No, this is a group training program that I designed with blood, sweat and tears. Actual tears. Jk, but seriously, we are all in this together.
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes, a conventional gym with a variety of equipment will be needed.
How often will programming change?
Programming will change each mesocycle. A new mesocycle will begin every 6-8 weeks.
