I was tired of seeing it, too.

That's why I used my background in biomolecular engineering to deep-dive on all things biomechanics, muscle physiology, and other nerdy things..

..to came up with THIS program, GLORIOUS GLUTES

This program is mainly focused on the glutes and lower body, but we also do upper body training to build a well-rounded, proportional physique.

Every exercise, set, tempo, and session was carefully crafted to ensure max results, and it's all delivered to you in a simple, easy-to-use format.

Now don't mistake "simple" for "easy"— this program will challenge you and push you to your limits.

I actually discourage you from signing up if you can't commit to performing the weekly sessions, training with intensity, and working on your lifestyle outside the gym (nutrition, sleep, etc).

How many days a week are we training?
Just 4 days a week of weight training!

No worries! I'm always in the chat for the Team answering questions and reviewing your form videos
What equipment do we need to do this program?
Access to a conventional gym (cables, dumbbells, machines), and weightlifting cuffs/straps are recommended! (they're very cheap online)
