This program helps improve joint mobility, flexibility, and movement quality without adding extra stress or long recovery sessions. Whether you are training hard, feeling stiff, or just want to move better day-to-day, Gaux Stretch gives you a consistent, sustainable way to take care of your body.

Minimal equipment recommended: lacrosse ball, resistance band, foam roller, and box or bench

Who is this program for?
It's for anyone who trains, moves, or feels stiff, from beginners to experienced athletes. From lifting weights to just wanting to move better, this program is designed to support your training, not replace it. If you sit a lot, feel tight, or want to stay durable long-term, this is for you.
When should I do the sessions?
Each session takes 8–12 minutes and can be done, as a warm-up, a cool-down, or as a standalone recovery session. Because it’s 7 days a week, you can plug it in wherever it fits best in your schedule, no rigid rules, just consistent movement.
Do I need special equipment or advanced mobility skills?
No advanced skills required. Gaux Stretch uses minimal, accessible equipment: lacrosse ball, resistance band, foam roller, box/bench. All movements are intentional, effective, and easy to follow, making this program approachable whether mobility is already a strength or something you’re rebuilding.
