Yes. New programming drops weekly and the team trains together — jump in today, log your first session, and you're on the board.
What level is it for?
Every level. Each workout scales up or down, so beginners and advanced athletes run the same session at their own level. Show up, scale smart, do the work.
Is this like CrossFit?
It's constantly varied functional strength and conditioning — heavy lifting, hard metcons, and skill work (WODs). If that's the style of training you love, you'll be right at home.
What equipment do I need?
A barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells, a pull-up bar, and a way to run or row cover most of it. Nearly every workout scales to minimal equipment.
