Project Explosive is a 3 day full body program built around what Muay Thai actually demands from your body. Move faster. Hit harder. Train longer without breaking down. Every program includes four blocks. The goal is to build the "perfect week" for training.
Plyometric block. Reactive strength and fast ground force production. The ability to move fast and hit hard starts here.
Power block. Train your nervous system to recruit muscle quickly. Strength means nothing in fighting if you cannot access it fast.
Strength block. Compound and targeted movements that build the capacity your body needs to handle the long term demands of Muay Thai.
Accessories and Conditioning. Address the weak links and build the engine to last through hard rounds.
This is not a one time program. It evolves every month, built around long term athletic development for fighters. Injury protocols, new blocks, and progressions will be added over time. The goal is to build the best Muay Thai S&C program that exists. Your feedback helps shape what comes next. 3 days per week (for now)

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well as a S&C Coach who loves Muay Thai. I got tired of training programs that had nothing to do with what fighting actually demands. So I built one around the physics of athletic output and the specific demands of Muay Thai. This is where athletics and martial arts actually meet.
When you join a team you’re getting more than programming, you’re joining an online community.
