All the tools you need for the perfect glutes program with an emphasis on sculpting that upper body.

I've trained hundreds of ladies over the years and am constantly learning all of the every-changing methods and techniques to deliver the best programs for my ladies.

This program will consist of weekly workouts that will ensure you properly structure your workouts with the correct number of sets, reps, changes in different variables such as tempo, etc. After working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds in person for over 7 years,, I've had the opportunity to build a program that offers exactly what you need in order to feel like I'm right there with you, pushing you to learn what you're capable of!

Be prepared to push yourself past your limits, ensure you are executing the movements properly, and overall learning to TRAIN with intention rather than going through the motions and performing useless reps.

There's never a perfect time, the important part is that you start! I strive to build your confidence from the inside out, and help you reach your goals no matter where your starting point is.

Most of the time, girls who approach me struggle to find a program that specifically breaks down the movements they struggle with. I've specialized in glute-focused training for 5 years and worked with women of all backgrounds, finding the perfect balance to that physique you strive for. My exercises are guided step by step with mic'd up videos, so you can listen to or watch my demos!

Effective coaching to reach your goals
The same movements aren't going to work for everyone, that's why I focus on incorporating the correct programming to target your glutes from all angles, mix strength training with pilates-style movements to build lean muscle and get you sculpted in your upper body, and deliver all the techniques to ensure you're executing all exercises correctly. It's not easy, but you'll learn to push yourself!
