If it is available/ you own it, that is a bonus, not a requirement. Alternatives will always be provided for things like chains, bands, GHD's, Sleds or speciality bars.
Is this program safe?
Yes — as long as you train with awareness. Loads are self-regulated, coaching notes guide your decisions, and you’re encouraged to prioritise form over ego lifting. If you have injuries, medical conditions, or concerns, seek clearance before starting.
Can I add more/ do another program along side this?
This program is already comprehensive and well-rounded, so adding extra training isn’t recommended. For best results, follow the program as written for at least 9 weeks.
Is this a coached or self directed program?
This is a self-directed online training program. Coaches notes, movement subs and demos are provided. A basic level of gym familiarity is recommended. Ask any questions related to the program via the in app TH chat.
