That's why I have created the Lift Heavy Run Far Team, where we can get a community of driven, hybrid athletes together to become, strong, jacked and with an aerobic capacity to match. Ready to Endure More when the time comes.
We will train through periods of undulating periodisation, hitting strength work, hypertrophy, athletic and energy system development, while managing volume and fatigue. This will leave you feeling strong and fit, and as a by product - Look good too!
Concurrent training, will leave you being able to Lift heavy, and run far without the feeling of neglecting an area of your training, to progress elsewhere.
