Join in on the fun we're having at Eastside Fightcenter!

On Mondays and Thursdays we're doing the Total Body Strength class where we focus on strength and muscle growth by combining compound and isolation exercises. Joining the team means you can log your weights in the app and track your progress. It also gives you the option to do the sessions on your own if you cant make it to the classes. As a bonus you get access to an exclusive group chat within the app where we cheer each other on and help each other out with whatever challenges we may face. We all need a team to lean on sometimes!
