I've been involved in resistance training for 27 years and for as long as I've been doing this, there are 2 big goals that clients are generally after... they want to add muscle and they want to get leaner (lose bodyfat).

I created Diesel Jacked to help achieve those 2 goals.

I've designed the training plan + a community that will help you get there too!

Because diet and an understanding of how we're using energy is critical to achieving both of those outcomes (building muscle and losing bodyfat) I'm including dietary and cardio recommendations along the way.

The methods used in this plan are intense so this is NOT for everyone.

You have to be honest with yourself here, and if you are not the kind of person who can really give everything you've got on each set, it might not be for you.

But, if you're up for it... I created Diesel Jacked to show you the way!
