Can I join DECRĒ DOMAIN at any time?
All are welcome to join DECRĒ Domain at any time. When you join, we suggest starting at the section where the community is and moving forward from there.
How long do the workouts take to complete?
The workouts should take 1 hour or less. However, if you do not have much time or need greater flexibility, we suggest that you complete the warm-up and the main lift of the day. The best part about DECRĒ Domain is that you can modify the workouts to best fit your needs.
What's the difference between DECRE Domain and Team DECRĒ ?
DECRĒ Domain is built for those wanting to train AT HOME with dumbbells and bands only, while Team DECRĒ is built for those who have access to gym equipment / gym space.
What fitness level should I be to join ?
DECRĒ Domain is for all fitness levels as our workouts and program can be tailored for your unique needs. You'll also be connected with a community that can challenge you and encourage you as you improve towards your fitness goals.
