Developed by Vincent Hall, owner of DECRĒ, with over 10+ years of experience in functional training, this program will be the roadmap to navigating the gym with a plan to eliminate guesswork, enabling you with confidence during your session. Our goal is to support your progression so that every time you complete a workout, you’re one step closer to accomplishing your goals.

Can I join Team DECRĒ at any time?
All are welcome to join Team DECRĒ at any time. Despite where others may be in the program, we suggest starting at the section where the community is and moving forward from there.
How long do the workouts take to complete?
The workouts should take 1 hour or less. However, if you do not have much time or need greater flexibility, we suggest that you complete the warm-up and the main lift of the day. The best part about Team DECRĒ is that you can modify the workouts to best fit your needs.
What's the difference between Team DECRĒ and the 8-Week Programs?
Team DECRĒ provides ongoing access to a supportive community, with workouts that are updated every 4-weeks, depending on your personal fitness goals. In contrast, the 8-Week Programs offer a structured, goal-oriented approach for those who prefer a clear, focused plan with predictable progression.
What fitness level should I be to join Team DECRĒ?
Team DECRĒ is for all fitness levels as our workouts and program can be tailored for your unique needs. You'll also be connected with a community that can challenge you and encourage you as you improve towards your fitness goals.
