DB Chasers is all about creating the most bang for your time!
Using weight and pairing it with time will cause a significant increase in your metabolism, not to mention create an aesthetically appealing body!
Designed in WOD or HIIT fashion will create short but efficient workouts that you can improve on each time you do them! You will be using basic equipment that you could probably collect in your garage...Dumbbells (try to collect light to as heavy as possible), Jump Ropes, Resistance Bands, a Bench, and a Chair or Step.
This program will be set up on a 2 week rotation for 4 weeks, meaning you will repeat the workout routines 2x's per month - every few months or even years we will repeat a series of workouts to see just how much you have really been pushing yourself. I designed this program to push you to progressively get better each time you do them. How can we cause the body to change if we don't track it and beat it right?
