Move better... That's the goal. The plan is here! In my movement team I upload workouts five days a week. These workouts are designed to last around 10-20 minutes and challenge your ability to move in a variety of ways. This is a great compliment to any program you are currently doing. Whether you are an athlete and want to use this before you hit the court or field, or are a powerlifter looking to add a little more dynamic movement in your life, this is a program for you. Exercises are easily scalable, come in a wide variety, come with video instructions and I am on the message board ready to answer any questions
