It is a comprehensive programme, including gym work, on bike endurance, intervals and power training as well as specific and unique training sessions out on the trails. Most people come to this programme having already completed The DH Foundation Programme, available below. The programme is flexible, fitting easily around your schedule as well as being adjustable for different ability levels, from total gym beginners to experienced athletes. Every 4 weeks a new block of trianing is uploaded to your TrainHeroic calendar, working through different phases of training so you are in peak condition through the summer riding and racing months.
