Welcome to Burleson Strength & Conditioning! This is a results-driven training system built to help athletes and motivated individuals unlock their full potential. Led by Jamie Burleson, D1 Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 15 years experience. This program brings the same science-based methods used to develop elite collegiate athletes to anyone ready to put in the work.

Our system is centered on strength, power, speed, and resilience — the foundation of peak athletic performance and long-term health. Every training phase is designed with purpose, blending proven performance principles with intelligent programming to help you move better, perform stronger, and stay injury-free.

Increase Strength
Be part of a training team that provides weekly programming to help increase strength that transfers to your sport! Every week I will upload the program that will provide athletes the opportunity to increase their overall strength and is progressive every week!

Increase Speed
Not only will you be increasing your strength but you will also increase your speed. This program will also include weekly speed sessions that include acceleration as well as max velocity sprinting.

Improve Jumping Ability
While apart of this training team and community we will include weekly jump progressions to help our athletes improve their explosive strength.

Coach Burleson has worked with some of the top athletes in the world.. ranging from youth athletes to first round draft picks!

Coach Burleson has been a D1 strength and conditioning coach for over 15 years. Burleson holds a masters degree in physical education, a bachelors degree in exercise science and is certified with the collegiate strength and conditioning coaches association.
