What to Expect:

Progressive Structure: 3 phases (Power Foundation → Velocity & Control → Peak Output)

Targeted Modalities: Rotational throws, overhead slams, chest passes, scoop tosses & more

Athletic Focus: Improve explosive strength, coordination, and total-body reactivity

Weekly Layouts: 2 med ball-specific sessions/week integrated into your training

Minimal Equipment: Just a med ball and space to move

Medballs have been around for a long time... everyone knows they are beneficial and can help with explosive training.. but no one really puts together a program and progresses week to week or month to month like we do!

WEEKLY PROGRESSION
Each week we will progress the sets and the reps... in addition to weekly progressions we aim to provide simple medball exercises and progress them to more complex exercises that tie everything together.
