"BUILD WITH CIN' is a bodybuilding style training subscription that is for all training ages and levels.
4 day upper and lower split within a 6 week training block, combining both bodybuilding and powerlifting elements to improve full body strength & muscle mass to enhance body shape and composition. For those who want that strong and athletic physique!
This is a GYM only program. BUT if you have a good set up inclusive of a barbell, bench, dumbbells, squat rack and resistance bands, then you can swap out exercises in the exercise library to suit.
