HOW THE PROGRAMS CONNECT Everything starts with BLDRSTRENGTH — it's the foundation, and every other program is built from it.

BLDRSTRENGTH — Pure strength programming. Each session is built around a primary lift with targeted accessory work to build muscle, reinforce movement patterns, and dial in your physique. No fluff. All gains. For athletes who want to get genuinely, measurably stronger.

BLDRHYBRID — Takes the first lift and first accessory from BLDRSTRENGTH each day, the exact same work, then adds a conditioning piece that pairs with that day's training. Strength meets conditioning. Built for the person who wants to lift heavy and not die hitting the trails, walking 18 holes, or tearing up the pickleball court. Build an engine for whatever you want from your life.

BLDRHOME — A dumbbell and kettlebell friendly version of BLDRSTRENGTH, plus a DB/KB friendly version of the BLDRHYBRID conditioning. Designed to closely match the stimulus of the gym programs so you stay on track, but fully capable of standing on its own as a complete program.

TRAIN YOUR WAY
Each week includes 2 lower-body, 2 upper-body, and 2 full-body training days. So if you train 3 days a week, you still hit everything. Monday, Wednesday, Friday give you one of each, and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday do the same. Because all 3 programs share the same foundation, you can switch between them anytime.

BUILT TO FLEX
BLDRSTRENGTH, BLDRHYBRID, and BLDRHOME are built to work together. Low energy? Swap HYBRID for STRENGTH and keep the same primary lift and first accessory, just without the conditioning. Want more of a push? Jump into HYBRID and add the conditioning piece. No matter which version you choose, you are still moving forward.

BUILT TO FIT
Traveling or away from the gym? Use BLDRHOME. The movements shift to dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight, but the training stimulus stays aligned with what you would be doing in the gym. That's the point. Show up. Pick the version that fits. Train with purpose. Repeat.

Who is this training for?
Anyone who wants real programming instead of random workouts. Whether you train at a gym, at home, or on the road, there's a program in this bundle built for you. All fitness levels welcome.
Do I need to do all 6 days per week?
No. Every week has 6 unique sessions: two lower body, two upper body, two full body. Each one is different. Train 3 days and you cover all your bases. Train 6 and you get the full program. Pick what fits your life.
Can I switch between programs?
Yes, anytime. All three programs are built from the same foundation, so you can swap between BLDRSTRENGTH, BLDRHYBRID, and BLDRHOME without losing progress.
How is the programming delivered?
Through the TrainHeroic app. You'll see your daily workout, log your weights, watch demo videos, and message your coaches all in one place.
How often does the programming change?
Every cycle is written fresh. No recycled workouts, no cookie cutter templates. New programming, structured progression, real coaching.
What if I'm a beginner?
You're welcome here. The programming is scalable. Start where you are, shoot for 3 days per week (one lower body day, one upper body day, one full body day), follow the progression, and build from there.
What equipment do I need for BLDRSTRENGTH?
A full gym setup: barbell, squat rack, bench, dumbbells, cable machine or bands, and pull-up bar. This program is built for the gym.
What equipment do I need for BLDRHYBRID?
Same as BLDRSTRENGTH (barbell, rack, bench, dumbbells, cables/bands, pull-up bar) plus a rower, bike, or treadmill for the conditioning pieces.
What equipment do I need for BLDRHOME?
Dumbbells (adjustable or a few pairs), kettlebells, resistance bands, a plyo box or sturdy surface, a pull-up bar for some sessions, and a treadmill or space to run.
