Programs get minor updates each week for progressive building
Major changes occur about every 3-4 weeks to allow for significant growth and adaptation to occur before we move on to the next program.
Keep up to date with me and other pups on the team through the messaging board where we'll share alternative exercises and even some great recipe and meal prep ideas for those looking to gain better knowledge of nutrition when working out.

As a Registered Nurse and Personal Trainer, Coach Boss Pup is familiar with making health a priority. When living in San Diego he developed the mentality and persona of being a Boss Pup.
