Not anymore. Welcome to Better Your BP. A workout community run by a Registered Nurse and Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience.

My name is Noah, and I've seen first hand how debilitating bad lifestyle choices can be long-term and I've also seen how inaccessible fitness can be for people.

Better Your BP is YOUR community. A place where you can access easy to follow workouts, learn healthy habit tips to improve your health overall and best of fall be able to afford it.

I believe fitness, like health care, should be affordable to all people. Health is Wealth
