This program is written specifically for you, taking into consideration your personal goals, past experience, injury history and whatever equipment you have available.
If you already use a cycling coach, we'll dovetail everything appropriately throughout the season (I'm happy to liaise directly with your coach to form a support team for you), otherwise I'll prepare a riding plan just for you.
Here's how the plan breaks down:
Scott has worked in pro sport since 2003 and is known for his work with British Cycling, coaching Olympians and Paralympians in preparation for the 2016 games in Rio. While working full-time, Scott also commits himself to his professional development, having completed a Masters degree in Strength & Conditioning and becoming a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the UKSCA.
